It is a stretch and takes some getting used to for sure. Yet just like the artists it showcases the owners tried something new and innovative.

I'm sure they will work out the kinks.

Are you an artist?

I am, yet I have not made an artist account on The Sixtyone yet, nor do I even consider making one right now.
In short, the new homepage makes it a -lot- less likeable a person will stumble across a new artist, because of the rather quirky 'scrolling' it requires now instead of the handy list it once had.

In my opinion, they should have kept it as it was, or at least introduce it a lot more subtle.

Except that the new userface made the entire concept of it completely useless.
It's a pain to navigate, killed the community aspect and is generally discouraging for independent artists
